High Courts blow to TRS government!
TRS government is facing the heat of students from the past few months. Whether it is fee reimbursement issue or employment opportunities issue, TRS government is getting blows from the students all the time. Now, High Court too joined this list.
High Court mentioned that the GO which was passed by Telengana government on fee reimbursement that the students belonging to the families which were in Telengana from 1950s are eligible, as unconstitutional. It ordered TRS government to look again into the GOs.
This can be considered as a blow to TRS party. On the other hand, TDP is ready to make a deal with TRS so that this issue can be solved smoothly. Now, TRS government may go for tie-up with TDP to solve this issue. It may further look into the GO to solve the case. Tough time for TRS government.
