Spotted: Director celebrates Valentine's Day with Pranitha!

Much to the surprise of everyone, Script Writer-cum-Director BVS Ravi was seen celebrating Valentine's Day with Pranitha. "Happy Valentine's Day. This year's Valentine is truly sweet and equally hot!! Isn't she," wrote BVS on his twitter page.

Does that mean the two celebs were seeing each other? Should this tweet be treated as a confirmation? Only Pranitha and BVS could answer this query?
