Drinking beer makes us to be active..!

Scientists are saying that if you drink small amount of beer daily then you will be active whole day. In a scientific study it was revealed that if we drink half liter of beer daily then we will be not only active but also healthy. They are saying that drinking beer will increase blood circulation. This thing was found in a survey conducted by Greek scientists. With this the blood vessels condition around heart will be good and arteries will become smoother which increases the blood flow. Scientists found in their study that after drinking 400 ml of beer arteries became smoother within two hours.

They are saying that drinking beer which doesn’t contain alcohol is waste. There is no use in that for health. They clearly said that drinking beer containing alcohol will have more chances for good changes in body. They felt that because of alcohol content in beer and anti-oxidants mixture brings these results.

So drink beer and be active. But conditions are there..!
