YSRCP sends notice to Andhrajyothy MD
YSR Congress party filed a case against ABN Andhra Jyothi channel and its MD Vemuri Radhakrishna alleging that it published a malicious content to tarnish image of YS Jagan.
The party alleged that an article published on December 13th in Vizag edition was targeted to defame YS Jagan and its demanded an unconditional apology for publishing such type articles. In the complaint they mentioned that party will take appropriate legal action against ABN MD if he fails to tender apology within one week.
Its already known that TRS govt unofficially banned TV 9 and ABN channel in Telangana for making fun of the T-legislatorsWhile TV9 apologized unconditionally, ABN defended itself. Nevertheless, KCR was not moved
