Kotha Janta now gets trimmed
Makers of 'Kotha Janta' began damage control as the film opened to negative reviews and poor word of mouth on Friday. Especially, Audiences have been complaining about the dragging and predictable screenplay in the second half.
As per sources, 10-15 minutes post 'Atu Amalapuram' song has been trimmed in the film. The trimmed version will be screened in theaters from Monday. Makers are hopeful this measure will improve the viewing experience of the audience.
When it comes to Box Office, 'Kotha Janta' performed much better than 'Anamika' on Day 1. Mega Fans, Maruthi's track record and Geetha Arts banner reputation is said to be the main reason for good opening.
