Small Films take advantage of AD delay
As biggies like Yevadu and Atharintiki Daredi have got postponed because of Samaikyandhra movement, Several small films have been making use of the slot available. This weekend several small and dubbed films are gearing up for release as there are abundant screens.
New releases this week: Vijay's Anna (dubbed), Teja's 1000 Abaddalu (Aug 9), Pusthakamlo Konni Pageelu Missing, Ammaa Neeku Vandanam and Eela (dubbed).
Sadly, none of the Telugu biggies are capitalizing on the Aug 9-11th weekend which ensure money spinner because the Ramzan month is coming to an end. While Vijay starrer Anna will have no competition at the Box Office as Atharintiki Daredi is out of race. This dubbing flick might get over 250 screens for exhibition and it's a golden opportunity for him to create a market and fan base. All the remaining films will settle with less than 150 screens each.
