This Comedian is Brahmanandam for Small Films
'Lovers' starring Sumanth Ashwin and Nanditha has been declared as the winner of Independence Day weekend. Thanks to Sapthagiri's hilarious comedy track!
Analysts say, 'Lovers' has earned good openings at the Box Office in the first weekend. The film was actually released in 163 screens on August 15th. Owing to demand from Exhibitors from different areas, ABout 17 screens have been added on the weekdays.
Sapthagiri's 'Maga Jaathi Animuthyam' comedy has hit the right chord with the audience. Despite an unimpressive first half, 'Lovers' managed to draw crowds to th theaters only because of Sapthagiri's comedy.
Apparently, Sapthagiri is right now Brahmanandam of Small Films. Comedy King has become too pricey for small films by charging no less the Rs 3 lakhs per day. So, Small time producers have been relying heavily on Sapthagiri these days.
