Before the buzz of their next film picks up, Suriya and Jyothika decided to take a quiet spiritual break. The couple recently visited the Kolhapur Mahalaxmi Temple and Kamakhya Ammavari Temple, away from all the spotlight. Jyothika gave a glimpse of their visit by sharing photos online, where both looked peaceful and grounded in the temple atmosphere.

Wearing a simple red saree, Jyothika looked radiant and elegant, while Suriya opted for a traditional red kurta and white dhoti. The two were seen doing darshan, clearly immersed in the moment. There was no fanfare—just calm smiles, folded hands, and a serene backdrop. It felt like a pause before the storm of promotions begins.

The visit comes just ahead of their upcoming film Retro, which both Suriya and Jyothika are co-producing. After the unexpected dip with Kanguva, Suriya seems focused on making a solid comeback, and Retro is carrying a lot of hope. The project has already caught attention for being personal and driven by their shared vision as producers.

Rather than loud promotions or big announcements, this quiet temple visit speaks volumes. It’s not just about seeking blessings but also showing a side of themselves that’s rooted in tradition and intention. As Retro gears up for its next reveal, this moment of silence may be just what sets the tone.
