She began as a child artist, making her movie debut in 2002 with Vishal Bhardwaj's horror-comedy Makdee, where she played the dual roles of Chunni and Munni, earning the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. Her breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed Iqbal (2005) as Khadija, winning Best Supporting Actress at the Karachi International Film Festival and multiple nominations.
Transitioning to adult roles, she debuted in Telugu cinema with Kotha Bangaru Lokam (2008) and appeared in films like The Tashkent Files (2019), Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2019), India Lockdown (2022), and OTT hits including Serious Men, High, Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach, Jubilee, and Maharani Season 4 (2025).
