Born on 5 December 1994 in Mangalore, Karnataka, and raised in Bangalore, Neha began as a model, winning Miss Mangalore in 2014 and finishing as runner-up at Miss South India 2015. She made her acting debut in the Kannada film Mungaru Male 2 (2016) as Nandini.

Her Telugu debut came with Mehbooba (2018). She gained major popularity with her role as the bold Radhika in the hit comedy DJ Tillu (2022), later reprising it in a cameo for Tillu Square (2024). Other notable films include Gully Rowdy, Gangs of Godavari (2024), and Bedurulanka 2012. Recent work features a special appearance in They Call Him OG (2025) and a cameo in the Tamil film Dude (2025). With her strong screen presence and growing versatility, Neha continues to establish herself as a prominent face in South Indian cinema.
