Born on June 20, 1994, in Mangalore, Karnataka, Neha began her journey as a model, winning Miss Mangalore 2014 and becoming runner-up at Miss South India 2015. She made her acting debut in the Kannada film Mungaru Male 2 (2016) as Nandini. Her Telugu debut came with Mehbooba (2018). She gained massive popularity with roles in Gully Rowdy (2021), Most Eligible Bachelor (2021), and especially the blockbuster DJ Tillu (2022) as Radhika, which she reprised in Tillu Square (2024).

Recent films include Bedurulanka 2012, Rules Ranjann, and Gangs of Godavari. Ongoing and upcoming projects feature They Call Him OG (2025) and the Tamil film Dude (2025).
