Fatima Sana Shaikh stuns in a sleek black mermaid gown striking an elegant pose against a deep maroon backdrop. Her graceful stance and confident gaze elevate the dramatic styling of the photo. She adds a touch of humor in the caption, showcasing her playful side. Caption: “Socha tha ek do photo lenge… par baat haath se nikal gayi. 500 photo le liye. Kyunki, I’m just a girllllll.” Fatima’s post is a perfect mix of glamour and relatability, making it easy for fans to connect with her. The monochrome look truly brings out her effortless style and charisma.

Meanwhile Fatima Sana Shaikh recently spoke openly about the harsh realities faced by junior actors in the film and TV industries. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Fatima said that side actors often do not get proper respect. Many are not paid fairly, and even their attendance is not properly recorded unless they sign for the day. “They save money by not counting unsigned days,” she explained.

She also shared that junior actors are often paid only ₹1000 to ₹1500 per day. When she was just 15, this amount seemed big, but now she sees the inequality clearly. Payments often get delayed by 3-4 months in TV, and newcomers must constantly remind the crew that they are present on set.

Fatima also exposed uncomfortable truths about the casting couch, especially in the South Indian film industry. She recalled an agent repeatedly pressuring her with indirect comments. In Hyderabad, some producers openly talked about such practices, expecting actors to meet people in private.

Reflecting on her early days, she said she became a child actor unknowingly and wasn’t happy. Long hours and missed school made her feel lost. Now, she is proud of her journey and excited for her upcoming films, including a Netflix project with R. Madhavan.
