Why MS Dhoni fearing?

MS Dhoni not participated in Series with Srilanka due to Thumb injury has been ruled out of the first Test at Brisbane as well. But the Australian media given shock to Dhoni with their center speared news. Cricket board(BCCI) has not clarified how the Indian captain sustained the injury at a time when he was being rested from the current ODI series against SriLanka added strength to Australian media claims.
Media claimed, In generally any cricketer linkes to play in Brisbane in his life and they treat it as a golden chance after Lords. But Dhoni escape from playing here with out showing any concrete reason for his injury is raised a question. Media quoted as "Is Dhoni scared of batting at Brisbane?". BCCI silence added more strength to these speculations. In all the times during Srilanka visit to India , Dhoni was not resting at home. He always busy with shootings for an energy drink and some other personnel event. Even its a question how can he injured during this time? if yes why he attended those event s during when he has injury?. May be BCCI only can answer this question. But its pretty clear that Dhoni reached his end of career. Am i wrong?
