Why did YSR Congress MLA returned Gunmen?

Miffed with the security cover provided to him by State Government, Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy returned his two gunman on Tuesday. Soon after he made a statement in this regard, The gunmen appeared at SP Office to report this matter to the higher officials.
Apparently, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is the only YSR Congress MLA among the four legislators representing the Assembly segments falling in AP Capital Area. He is leading the protests against the Land Pooling and offering moral support to the AP Capital farmers.
Hence, Mr. Reddy feels there is necessity for additional security but State Government hasn't responded positively. Upset with the present security cover, He sent the two gunman back and this development is gonna irk the Government.
