Why did NTR change his Manager?

Since few years, Jr NTR began giving more importance to the directors rather than the scripts. That's the reason he teamed up with the filmmakers who scored blockbusters and paid the price. Except 'Baadshah', none of his recent films were successful. Finally, Young Tiger took the damage control steps!
As a first step towards the change, NTR sacked his manager who have been with him since several years. Secondly, he decided to prefer good script over so called blockbuster director. Fans would surely appreciate this realization and wishes to see their hero back in Top 3 slot.
As of now, Tarak is completely focussing on 'Rabasa' (tentative title) which is being directed by Santosh Srinivas. Nearly 25% of shoot is done by now and it will be releasing for next Summer. Samantha and Nazriya are playing the female leads. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing it on a grand scale.
