The death of Subash Chandra Bose was still a mystery and till now we heard many stories regarding his death.Some claims that death of Subhas Chandra Bose occurred on 18 August 1945 after his plane crashed.Some people used to refuse the reports and till now nobody knows when and where he died.Now in a shocking surprise a lawyer has filed a notice claiming that Subash Chandra Bose was still alive.

The petition was filed by a representative from Bharatiya Subhash Sena (BSS) in the Madras High Court Bench on Tuesday.The petitioner claimed that Bose was still alive and that he could be produced in court if the Centre would not treat him as a war criminal.

The petitioner reminded the agreement between Indian and then British govt to handover Bose to the British Govt if found alive.The petitioner also requested to gave stay order on the agreement

The organization also submitted a photo of old person wearing cap and specs claiming him as Netaji and said that it was ready for any scientific test including DNA to confirm the identity of Bose.They even said that Netaji participated in funeral walk of Indian ex-Prime minister Nehru.Accepting the affidavit, the court adjourned the case to January 5, 2015.
