Tollywood 2013 round up: 75 films, 7 hits!

The success percentage in Tollywood hasn't shown any growth in the past few years and it remains the same in 2013 as well.
During the first five months of the year, about 75 straight films were released and out of them only 7 have been declared as hits. This indicates the success rate of Telugu films is just around 9%.
Films like Nayak, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Mirchi, Baadshah, Gunde Jaari Gallanthayinde, Tadakha and Swamy Rara. While the critics have appreciated Gundello Godari, the film ended up as just average at the box Office. Films like Ongole Gitta, Jabardasth, Greekuveerudu, Shadow, Gauravam and Okkadine have ended up as duds.
The next seven months are going to be interesting as several biggies have been lined-up. Exciting projects like Allu Arjun's Iddarammayilatho, Gopichand's Sahasam, Nani's Paisa, Raviteja's Balupu, Ram Charan's Thoofan & Yevadu, Pawan's Atharintiki Daredi, NTR's Rayayya Vastavayya, Venky-Ram's Garam Masala, Mahesh Babu-Sukumar's untitled flick and Nag's Bhai will be releasing in 2013 itself.
