Ten killed in blast at cracker workshop

Here comes another shocking news for state of Andhra Pradesh. After several setbacks like GAIL pipeline blast and Vizag Hudhud cyclone one more mishap occurred in Andhra today.

Ten persons, including a five-year-old girl killed and two others sustained grievous injuries when an explosion took place in firecrackers workshop at Vakatippa village of Uppada Kottapalli mandal in East Godavari district.The incident took place at 2 p.m. when manufacturing of firecrackers was going on

Fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the flames. At least five more people are battling for life with serious burn injuries. The injured were rushed to a local hospital and the exact reason for the explosion was yet to be known.The police registered a case and a team of police was on the job of thorough investigation.More details are awaited
