Telugu producer arrested for slapping lady doctor

Tollywood Producer C Kalyan has been arrested on charges of cheating and threatening a lady doctor. Jubilee Hills police have arrested the producer on Wednesday.
It is to be mentioned that the producer has faced the charges of manhandling Dr Kavitha, a week ago in a case related to a controversial apartment scam. Kalyan and Kavitha were at loggerheads with regards to a property and Kalyan has allegedly slapped the doctor at her residence.
Kalyan and Kavitha stay in the Apartments situated in road no 5, Jubilee Hills. Govt issued compensation as a part of Metro Rail project. The allegation is that Kalyan opened a bank account to claim the money without knowledge of others. When asked about this he reprotdly slapped Kavitha.
Jubilee Hills Police registered case against him according to sections 506,509 and 345 C of IPC.
