Telangana Budget 2015: A Stormy Session!

Hinting a stormy session ahead, TRS Leaders and Opposition MLAs have resorted to manhandle eachother at the time of Governor's speech in Telangana Assembly on Day 1 of Budget Session 2015.
While Governor ESL Narasimhan was delivering his address at around 11 AM, Opposition Parties demanded him to take appropriate action against defectors. Few Members even snatched the Speech Papers from Governor and thrown them to express their dissatisfaction.
It was at this juncture, A scuffle took place between Ruling Party Leaders and TDP MLAs Revanth Reddy, Madhava Rao & Congress MLA Rammohan Reddy. At one point, TRS Leaders overpowered the Opposition Legislators. Tension prevailed for sometime forcing Governor to conclude his speech in a hurry.
