TDP;BJP & YCP announced their MLC candidates

TDP, BJP and YSR Congress party have announced their MLC candidates to be held in Andhra Pradesh. TDP has finalized the names of senior leaders Somireddy Chandra Mohan Reddy, TD Janardhan, G Srinivasulu, Anuradha, Joopudi Prabakar and MA Shariff for MLC elections.

Somireddy and Janardhan are given chance under Governor’s Quota and rest will contest under MLA’s quota. BJP has nominated Somu Veerraju under MLA’s quota. Opposition YSR Congress party gives chance to its senior leader Govinda Reddy to contest MLC elections under MLA’s quota.

Elections for AP Legislative Council are on June 1st and the last day for withdrawing nominations in May 23. Notification for four MLC seats was released on May 14 by Election Commissio.Thursday is the last day to file nominations for the MLC elections.TDP and BJP candidates will file their nominations today.
