Sub-inspector resigns via Whatsapp

In a first, a sub-inspector has sent his resignation via Whatsapp . He submitted his resignation to via Whatsapp to a help line number started by the police for addressing the complaints by the public.
Going into details sub-inspector Vinod Kumar posted at Rasulabad police station sent his resignation last night alleging harassment and insult by senior officials, This is the first time that a police official has submitted his resignation through such a platform. Recently a help line number was created for 176 police station in the nine districts. This account was created for the people to register their complaints to the police through video, audio and text messages.
