It seems odd to hear.. But it is truth! This is not in foreign countries. In India in Gujarat, Ahmadabad this new business spread slowly and now reached to as ads on road. In 2011 Bollywood hit ‘Vicky donor’ movie as inspiration this became business in Ahmadabad city.
We came to know that with the name of sperm bank and ads this provides chance to students, youth to earn money part time. But this chance is for healthy, minimum degree studying students and along with them for youth, who are job holders, first donor’s information should be collected, after completing the medical tests some companies are collecting the sperms. Like this some youth are donating sperm for 3 to 5 times in a month and takes Rs 500 to Rs. 1000 every time. There is information that they are collecting sperms and giving Rs. 2000 for master degree holders and giving Rs. 5000 for those who are handsome.
Medical professionals are admitting their concern that in Ahmadabad sperm banks are increasing and this became business. Some companies are making this as export business without conducting minimum tests and they are collecting sperms from even HIV sufferers.
