Secret SMSes Have Shocked CM Kiran

Either it is during the recent budget session or regarding any other welfare program plans in state, CM Kiran is said to be not sharing a word with his team of ministers. But there seems to be a reason behind this.
Sometime back, CM Kiran is busy discussing some key matters and latest ideas with a minister in his cabinet. However, the minister excused himself to wash-room for a minute or so and joined back with CM. But shockingly, all those things discussed by CM and that minister have come up on Telugu news channels as breaking news. It is then our CM has understood that the minister is leaking news through secret SMSes by sitting in wash room. From then, Kiran is not sharing anything with his elite teammates.
If the leakages happening from CM’s chamber itself cannot be controlled, how would this government control many other problems that are worrying the state?
