Satyam Computers in the stage of Merging!!

In the past, Satyam Computers is one of the gigantic software company. Now it is getting ready to merge. Andhra Pradesh high court cleared the decks of Satyam computers with tech Mahindra and gave green signal to it. Satyam’s founder Ramalinga Raju, minority share holder’s entities owned by engineering and construction firm IL&FS and 35 entities filed a petition against this.
After long enquiry Andhra Pradesh high court revealed the judgement on this. The Judgement was merging of Satyam computers with Tech Mahindra. Tech Mahindra which gained majority control of Satyam through a mediated auction in 2009, sought to merge Satyam with it to create a$2.4 billion entity. High court dismissed the petitions against the response of main scam holder founder of Satyam Ramalinga Raju and the company. Now Satyam Computers was waned.. and going to become Tech
