PJ to direct Varun Tej

The buzz in the film circles is that Puri Jagannath is all set to wield the megaphone for mega brother Naga Babu's son Varun Tej's launch vehicle.
Apparently, Varun Tej was supposed to be launched under the direction of Srikanth Addala (Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu fame) with the project 'Gollabhama'. All of a sudden, Puri's name has surfaced and Chiru's family has taken this call after much thought about the debut.
Puri scored decent marks with Chirutha despite the huge pressure of launching Chiru's son Ram Charan. The same factor has worked in the favor of this ace filmmaker and Ashwini Dutt who has a good track record of launching star kids too voted for this crazy director.
As he has to wait for at least 6-9 months to begin the shoot of Mahesh Babu's flick, Puri will be working for Varun Tej in this long gap. The project is expected to go on floors after the release of Iddarammayilatho.
