One Cockroach cost is one lakh

Indian railways which not only famous for delay in schedule, it’s also famous for some unexpected things starting from irresponsibility, cleanliness to serving non quality food.
In the recent time one of the Rajdhani passengers identified a cockroach in the food and he immediately taken this issue with IRCTC in court. Today he had received justice as 1 lakh fine on IRCTC caterer. In Indian Railways history this is the biggest fine on any support services. In addition to this IRCTC did check in other trains and identified no quality in supplied food and fined accordingly from 50000 to 1 lakh.
Railway minister Sadananda Gowda had announced in the rail budget to make course correction in catering service to address the problem. According to the plan, top caterers like ITC, MTR and Haldiram have been roped in to serve pre-cooked food in trains on a trial basis. Soon Rail passengers expecting to get good quality of food if the rules are implemented properly.
