Non-Bailable Warrant against Siddharth Mallya

A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Liquor Baron Vijay Mallya's son Siddharth Mallya. The case is related to the declaration of Vijay Mallya and other Owners of 'Kingfigher Airlines' as defaulters.
Before the court hearing, Siddharth Mallya commented, "In Hyderabad about to attend a court order because there is a 'non bailable arrest warrant' out for me...What have I done?? So, I'm a little confused as to why I'm here!".
Siddharth made it clear 'Kingfigher Airlines' wasn't a birthday present to him and he was never involved in it.
Post the court hearing, Siddharth wrote, "Just left the court...what a waste of a day. At least my 'Non Bailable Arrest Warrant' has been recalled. No matter what people think, KFA was NOT a birthday present to me & I was NEVER involved in it, so I hope the court and others see that now."
