The decision of AP chief minister Chandrababu naidu to increase the retirement age limit turned as huge boon his neighborhood CM KCR.Before the decision many of Andhra Employees who working telangna were not willed to move to Andhra Pradesh.But now they are all queuing up to 'get out' of Telangana as fast as possible.
With the decision of Naidu suddenly hundreds of Andhra-origin employees, who have about two years of service left, have expressed their desire to work in residuary Andhra Pradesh. In the similar way some of Telangana employees who refused to work in Andhra cadre is changing their decision.
After Realizing the benefits, many Telangana government employees, some due to retire within months, have applied for change in the state of their posting to Andhra Pradesh.
All these days KCR was pressurized by Telangana employees to move them to their own state.Now with the decision of Naidu those type of appeals gradually decreased.On final note we can say that the decision of Naidu to increase the retirement age limit of employees turned as sudden boon to KCR.
A memorandum was submitted to KCR urging him to take immediate steps to increase retirement age to 60 years from existing 58 years. They pointed out to the Chief Minister that his AP counterpart has increased the retirement age of the employees from 58 to 60 years. According to sources KCR in a view to increase the age limit after the Seemandhra employees shifted to their own base.
