Lipika, the w/o of former Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti, revealed more shocking facts about the harassing he has undergone since the past four years.
In the complaint filed with DCW, Lipika revealed that her husband Somnath Bharti forced her to abort when she was pregnant for the 3rd time and she even tried to slit her wrist at that time. She then disclosed Mr. Bharti had unleashed dogs on her when she was in her 7th month of pregnancy. She alleged he subjected her to severe verbal, mental and physical torture.
Somnath Bharti and Lipika met through Shaadi.com. He lied to her before the marriage saying he own an International Law Firm. The couple tied the knot in 2010 and they have two children.
Following the complaint, DCW served notices to the Aam Admi Party Legislator.
