The 'Kiss of Love' campaign is set to be held in Indian Silicon Valley Bangalore in a week or two. This campaign was organized by 23-year-old human rights activist Rachita Taneja.

"We're holding the event to show solidarity with those who faced moral policing. I've always been against moral policing. There is nothing wrong in public kissing" says Rachita

The event is likely to be in front of famous Town Hall, a popular spot for public demonstrations in the city.Showing solidarity against moral policing, the Kiss of Love movement urges people to come out and show their support by kissing their loved ones in public. The Bengaluru chapter is likely to see around 150 people taking part.

The first "Kiss of Love" event was held in Kochi on November 2 after activists from all over Kerala decided to protest against the state government's perceived moral policing.Similar events have been organised at Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

The campaign started after a coffee shop in north Kerala's Kozhikode city was vandalised by a group of people who were reportedly protesting against "public display of affection" by some couples there.
