After series of incidents Indian army took the matter with serious and issued guidelines to soldiers. In a order to soldiers its urged them to maintain distance with social media. Especially the lower cadre of army was involved in multiple conflict in the recent months kept army in corner.
Considering various inputs from higher officials and MHO suggestions latest orders passed to all the soldiers. In the statement its urged ex soldiers and officials as well. It cautioned army personnel in responding to mails of unknown people. Stating this orders as precautionary in order to keep army out of contraveraies.
