Sanga Reddy MLA Jagga Reddy appealing his followers to ensure that he get 1 lakh votes majority in 2014 polls by doing 'booth capturing' stirred a controversy. He even announced his political sanyas if at all the winning majority is less than 1 lakh.
'Booth Capturing' is nothing but an electoral fraud committed by the party loyalists who take a polling booth under their control and vote in place of legitimate voters to ensure victory.
Election Commission might take the controversial remarks of Jagga Reddy very seriously.
In fact, Jagga Reddy was the only Telangana MLA who is in favour of Samaiyandhra. He is known to be a Congress loyalist and currently serving as Government Whip also.
