Actress Priya Anand was in news for all the wrong reasons in the recent past with the reports of she charging a remuneration of Rs 1 crore per film doing rounds.
Apparently, Priya Anand recent Tamil release 'Ethir Nechal' has turned out to be a good hit at the Box Office. Cashing on her new-found success, it is heard that the actress has been quoting a pay package of Rs 1 crore to sign her upcoming projects.
However, Priya condemns the rumors and states she is yet to join Rs 1 crore club. "An Actress increasing her remuneration after a success isn't a new thing to happen in the Industry. Currently, I'm working with some of the biggest names in the tinsel town. Producers pay me what I deserve. The reports about Rs 1 crore talk willn't bother me. I'm not a Rs 1 crore heroine yet," responds the actress.
Well, Priya Anand indirectly made it clear about the hike in her pay cheque but still the amount is not a Rs 1 crore figure. Don't worry hottie, You will be reaching there very soon!
