Hyd MP not allowed to enter Bengaluru

Bengaluru Police Commissioner MN Reddi imposing restrictions on MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi. Notice has been issued by the Top Cop stating Owaisi can't hold any public meeting and not even allowed to give any interviews to print & electronic media.
Asaduddin Owaisi will not be permitted to enter Bengaluru city for a period of 1 Week (February 19th to 25th) under Section 144 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). A team of police handed over the notice at MIM headquarters in Darussalm.
Condemning the restrictions imposed, Owaisi decided to challenge the notice issued in the court citing the move is against right to freedom of expression. He wondered why can't he speak in Bengaluru when he is allowed to do that in Parliament.
