X
KCR government has been doing everything it can to shock people of Andhra. After the fee reimbursement issue KCR delivers another stunning decision of imposing interstate tax.

The government issued Permit Tax for all commercial vehicles from Andhra, particularly the four wheeler Lorries that ferry goods between the two neighboring states. After knowing about the decision many of the transport associations reached High court and the court intervened in the matter.

Delivering an order in response to a petition filed by the Tirumala Cabs Association the High Court said that no tax should be collected from the vehicles that shuttling between the two States till March next year

The apex court had clarified that Inter State Tax can not be applicable between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh until March 2015. The court asked both the government to adhere to the G.O. No.43 which enables free trade between both the states till March 2015. The decision of the court turned big shock for Telangana Government and we will have to see what will be the future course of action of KCR in the issue.
