Flipkart Apologizes to Customers

Flipkart's 'Big Billion Day' on Monday has been hit by technical glitches. As many as 1.5 million people have tried to shop on 'Big Billion Day' and products worth over Rs 600 crore have been sold out with in 10 hours.
However, Flipkart failed to meet the expectations of the customers. Hence, The Company has issued an open apology for the inconvenience.
The e-commerce company offered huge discounts on various products and this didn't go down well with the small and big traders. Government Of India received numerous complaints from traders regarding the discount sales.
Commerce and Industries Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made it clear traders have expresses lot of concerns and Government will be taking a call at the earliest.
