Congress MLA Rumi Nath from Assam was arrested for alleged links with a pan-India car theft racket.
Reportedly, Rumi Nath has been associated with Anil Chauhan's car theft racket in metros like New Delhi, Mumbai and etc., She was instrumental in helping Anil attain Assembly car passes.
