So is the case with his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu. TDP government is slowly erasing all the Congress marks on the government programs and is trying to showcase some Yellow flavor.
As per reports TDP government is now planning to replace the Amma Hastham scheme of the previous Kiran Kumar Reddy government.Naidu recently conducted meeting with civil supplies minister Paritla Sunitha nad he reportedly discussed officials on the matter. The new scheme will start from coming Sankranthi and CBN reportedly asked the officials to provide quality groceries in the new scheme.
As per Amma Hastam scheme every BPL family will be given a package of 1 kg tur dal, 1 litre palm OIL, 1 kg maida, 1 kg wheat atta, 500 gm sugar, 1 kg salt, 250 gm chilli power, 500 gm tamarind and 100 gm turmeric power. It has to be seen as to how many other programmes are in the line for name change
