Brawl issue: Police submits evidence against Charan
By: Tupaki Desk | 25 Jun 2013 8:15 AM GMTAt the moment when everything appeared to be going fine for him, Ram Charan received a shock in the form of report submitted to State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) by the Banjara Hills police.
According to the report, Ram Charan was on his way to attend a family dinner and the two techies Phaneesh & Kalyan (working for Genpact) were heading to Punjagutta on May 5th. The actor lost his cool when the Maruti Alto of the duo blocked the way of his Aston Martin despite honking several times. As soon as he got the opportunity to surpass them, he blocked the way for the techies and told them they aren't supposed to drive during a busy day-time, instead advised them to try their luck at nights. These provocative comments led to a heated argument and soon Chiru's security guards reached the spot, and the fist blows were exchanged between the two groups. The cops even confirmed that Chran got down from his Aston Martin to have a look at the brawl and left immediately from there spot.
On May 8th, High Court advocate Saleem approached HRC accusing the Banjara Hills cops of favoring the actor by not filing a case. The commission ordered the police to submit a report on the roadside brawl. Based on the report, HRC may direct the police to file a case against Charan for taking law into his hands.
