Blue Film watched in AP Secretariat

The state secretariat which was meant to be working towards making the lives of people better has been turning into a place of controversies. Until recently, it was the battle between the Telangana and Seemandhra employees. Now, a blue film issue has damaged the image of secretariat.
On Saturday, A woman employee of secretariat found a contract employee on duty watching blue film. Immediately, she brought this matter to the notice of Chief Secretary through a notice. The contract employee was detained immediately and a probe has been ordered on the issue.
Some how, this matter reach Media and became a sensational news. Hope, such incidents willn't repeat in Secretariat again.
