Nadhyala municipal counsellors meeting led to clashes between YSR Congress and TDP workers. Several TDP activists, councilors and municipal chairman Vijay Kumar sustained severe injuries.
Attempt to murder case has been booked against YSR Congress Nandyala MLA Bhuma Nagireddy and 20 Others for alleged involvement in the violence. Arrest warrant has been issued against all of them. Cops have already arrested Bhuma's close aide AP Subba Reddy. Ever since, Arrest Warrant has been issued Bhuma has been absconding.
Nadhyala SP warned Bhuma Nagireddy to surrender before the police at the earliest and asserted such incident will be dealt seriously. TDP has given a call for bandh in Nandhyala Today.
