AP Capital ceremony to last for 9 Hours

The foundation stone ceremony of proposed new capital of Andhra Pradesh on June 6th might last for 9 hours at a stretch.

Even though the ground-breaking ceremony will happen at exactly 8.49 am which was suggested as auspicious time by the pundits, Rituals and Homams would start from 5 am itself.

Arrangements have been done to clean the premises where the ceremony to be performed with water brought from rivers Krishna, Godavari, Ganga, Narmada and Tungabhadra.

Vishwaksena Puja, Punya Havachanam, Astadikkala Puja, Navagraha Puja and Vaastu Puja will be performed.

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation stone which consists of imprints of Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara.

Venue for the ground-breaking ceremony will be anywhere between Tallayapalem and Mandadam. Huge gathering is expected as it's a historic moment people wishes to witness.
