Born Zara Agha Khan on March 15, 1992, in London to actress-singer Salma Agha, Zahrah made her acting debut in the 2013 Yash Raj Films production Aurangzeb, playing Ritu. She also began her playback singing career with “Barbadiyan” in the same film. She has since built a strong reputation as a singer with chart-topping tracks like “Kusu Kusu”, “Punjaabban Song”, and many more.

Her film appearances include Desi Kattey (2014) and the critically acclaimed short film Khoj (2019). She is now stepping into bigger roles with the much-awaited pan-India multilingual action drama Vrusshabha (2025), starring opposite Mohanlal, directed by Nanda Kishore.
