Yukti Thareja began her career by winning the Delhi Times Fresh Face contest in 2017. In 2019, she gained recognition as a semi-finalist on MTV's "Supermodel of the Year". She has appeared in music videos like "Lut Gaye" alongside Emraan Hashmi. In 2023, Yukti made her Telugu film debut with "Rangabali," playing Dr. Sahaja Reddy opposite Naga Shaurya. The film directed by Pawan Basamsetti featured a supporting cast including Shine Tom Chacko and Murali Sharma.

In 2024, she appeared in the Malayalam film "Marco," directed by Haneef Adeni, starring Unni Mukundan in the lead role.
