Born on 4 August 1999/2000 in New Delhi, Yashika began as an Instagram model before entering Tamil cinema. Her first theatrical release was a cameo in Kavalai Vendam (2016), followed by a breakthrough role as Shruti in the acclaimed thriller Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru (2016).
She gained further popularity with Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (2018) and appeared in films like Zombie, Kadamaiyai Sei, Sila Nodigalil, Double Tuckerr, and Weapon. She also participated in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2.
Recent and ongoing projects include Devil’s Double Next Level (2025), Rajabheema, Game Changer (cameo), TN 2026, and Sulphur.
