Born on August 4, 1999, in New Delhi, Yashika made her mark in the Tamil film industry. Starting her career as an Instagram model, she transitioned into acting with her first role in Kavalai Vendam (2016), where she played a swimming instructor. However, her breakout moment came with the 2016 film Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru, which was well-received and opened many doors for her in the industry.

She later participated in the popular reality show Bigg Boss Tamil (2018), finishing in 5th place and gaining significant fan following. Yashika’s versatility as an actress was further showcased in films like Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (2018) and the animated film Zombie.
