Vithika Sheru began her career as a child artist in Telugu television. She made her film debut at age 15 in the 2009 Kannada film Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu. She has since worked in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada cinema with notable appearances in films like Ullasa Utsaha, Jhummandi Naadam, and others.

Known for her graceful screen presence, she also gained popularity through reality TV, including Bigg Boss. She continues to balance traditional roles with contemporary projects in South Indian cinema.
