Born in Kolkata, West Bengal, Tridha studied microbiology at Scottish Church College and won the Clean & Clear Times of India Fresh Face title in 2011. She made her acting debut in the Bengali film Mishawr Rawhoshyo (2013) as Rini, directed by Srijit Mukherji. Her Telugu debut followed with Surya vs Surya (2015), and she entered television with the Star Plus series Dahleez (2016) as advocate Swadheenta Ramakrishnan.

She gained widespread recognition through web series, notably as Babita in Aashram (MX Player) and roles in Bandish Bandits and Spotlight. Her filmography spans Bengali, Telugu, and Hindi cinema, including Manasuku Nachindi, Seven, and Abhijaan.Recent and ongoing projects include Dil Dosti Aur Dogs (2025) as Rebecca, So Long Valley (2025) as Inspector Suman Negi, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 (2025) as Meera, and Aakhri Sawal (2026) as Saara alongside Sanjay Dutt. She is also set for Aashram Season 4.
