We see star actresses playing glam-doll roles with no importance in star heroes' films. However, we don't see such big heroes playing supporting characters in female-oriented films. Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi pointed out these facts and made interesting comments during a discussion regarding her new book, "Zeba - An Accidental Superhero."

Huma was in Hyderabad recently for the Hyderabad Literary Festival. As a part of the event, she participated in a discussion regarding her book Zeba, which was moderated by filmmaker Mohana Krishna Indraganti. Speaking at the event, she said that heroines will have two songs and four scenes in films, no matter if they are made on small or big budgets. "Even then, they won't reject those films and do it. However, star heroes won't do characters with less duration in female-oriented flicks. Many things change in society over time but this trend in films won't. I think it will continue forever," said Huma.

She urged writers and directors to produce more female-oriented films in the coming days. Currently, Huma Qureshi has five Hindi films in her lineup.
